[My Parclick Account](https://help.parclick.com/en/kb/my-parclick-account?hsLang=en) # Parclick Cashback: What It Is, How to Earn It, and How to Use It (Parclick App) Your **Parclick Balance** (also known as cashback) is a credit you earn every time you book and enjoy a parking space with Parclick, which you can use to pay for your next bookings. It accumulates automatically, without points or cards: the more you park, the more you save! Please note that it is not real money: it cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your card or bank account, and it is only valid for parking spot bookings at Parclick, not for parking meter tickets. It is a separate balance, distinct from your Parclick wallet. ### Where can I see how much I can earn? As soon as you access the APP, on the Home page, you will see the message: *“With every booking you earn up to 3.5% in Parclick Balance”*. If you tap on *See how it works*, you will get a quick overview directly on the APP.  ![EN1](https://help.parclick.com/hs-fs/hubfs/EN1.png?width=429&height=963&name=EN1.png)   ### How do I earn balance with my booking? You don't need to do anything special: if your booking is for a parking space and you make it via the Parclick website or apps, the balance is generated automatically. There is no minimum amount required to earn it. You will see it in three stages: 1. **On the parking details page**, next to the price: *“You will get X€ in Parclick balance with this booking”*. 2. **In the Summary**, before paying, with the final amount. 3. **Upon completing the payment**, on the confirmation screen: *“You have earned X€X in Parclick balance with this booking”*.   ![EN4](https://help.parclick.com/hs-fs/hubfs/EN4.png?width=345&height=774&name=EN4.png)![EN7](https://help.parclick.com/hs-fs/hubfs/EN7.png?width=335&height=752&name=EN7.png) The balance is calculated on the total amount paid (including the service fee and deducting discounts), and that final amount is what you see in the Summary. - If you do not end up using your space (no-show), you still earn the balance. - Bookings paid 100% with balance do not generate new balance. ### When does the balance appear in my account? The balance is not added on the day you book, but **once you have completed your stay**: it is credited upon completion of your stay, usually within a **maximum of 24 hours**. If you book far in advance, it will appear when the stay ends, even if it is weeks or months away. Until then, you will see the amount listed as *“what you are going to get”*, but you won't be able to spend it yet. ### Where can I check my balance? From your user area, under **My Account**, in the **Parclick Balance** section. There you will find: - Your available balance and its expiration date. - The *“How does it work?”* button, with a summary of the balance rules. - Your transaction history, showing each booking that earned you balance. Log in to your account (you must be signed in to use your balance). 2. Choose your parking space and proceed with the booking up to the **Summary** screen. 3. Under **Payment Method**, toggle the *“Use my Parclick balance”* switch. Directly underneath, you will see your available amount. 4. Check that the line **"Parclick Balance applied"** appears with the discount on your booking, and tap **Pay**. ![EN5](https://help.parclick.com/hs-fs/hubfs/EN5.png?width=330&height=741&name=EN5.png)![EN6](https://help.parclick.com/hs-fs/hubfs/EN6.png?width=331&height=743&name=EN6.png) **Remember:** - The **full available balance is applied up to the total cost of the booking**, including the service fee. You cannot select a specific custom amount. - The balance **can cover up to 100%** of the booking, reducing the cost to €0. **There is no minimum amount** required to use it. - Any remaining balance is **kept** for your next booking. For example, with €21.06 in balance and a booking of €2.69, €2.69 will be applied and you will have €18.37 remaining. - You can **remove it before paying** by tapping the **"X"** next to *Parclick Balance applied*, and the price will revert to its original amount. - The balance is **only deducted when you confirm the payment**: if you leave the booking process before paying, you lose nothing. ### Can I combine my balance with a coupon or discount? **No**. A booking only allows one discount, so your Parclick Balance and a coupon (or another discount) cannot be used at the same time: enabling one disables the other. You can remove one and apply the other before paying.  ### When does my balance expire? Your balance **expires after 6 months**, but the **validity period is renewed** every time a new stay that earns you balance comes to an end (within 24 hours following the end of the stay). As long as you keep completing bookings, your balance will not expire. - Renewal occurs when the **stay** **ends**, not when the booking is made. - If 6 months pass without new balance being credited, **all balance expires at once**, not in parts. - If your balance expires before your next stay ends, that balance will be lost, even if you made the booking before the expiration date. ### What happens to my balance if I cancel or modify a booking? - **If I cancel a booking paid with balance:** If the cancellation includes a monetary refund (full or partial), you recover all the applied balance. If it does not include a refund, the balance is not returned either. - **If I cancel a booking that was going to earn me balance:** The balance is not generated. - **If I modify my booking:** The applied balance transfers to the new booking, up to its total price. **If the new booking is cheaper, the excess balance is lost.** If you have any questions about how it works, feel free to contact our Customer Service team at [**info@parclick.com**](mailto:info@parclick.com).
