# Saint-Denis La Réunion Official Airport Car Park - Roland Garros (Dom Tom France)

At the **P4 Long Stay car park at La Réunion Airport**, Parclick users don't need to go to the car park ticket office or print out a booking voucher. Enjoy your stay at the La Réunion airport car park without leaving your car thanks to the **license plate reader** access.

 

The process couldn't be easier: drive your car up to the P4 car park access barrier and wait until the barrier opens automatically. The barrier will issue a ticket that you must collect and keep for the duration of your journey. On your return, you can exit with this ticket by exposing it to the scanner at the barrier. You no longer need to go to the control booth to validate your Parclick stay or go through the cash machine. At Parclick, we make it easy for you!

 

If the barrier has not opened after 30 seconds, you can use the QR code that we will send you with the confirmation of your Parclick booking. At the barrier to access the P4 car park at La Réunion airport, you will see a scanner where you can scan the **QR code**. To scan the code quickly and efficiently, remember to set the brightness of your smartphone to the maximum.

 

What if the barrier still doesn't open? In the remote case, you can contact the **car park's remote assistance service** by pressing the intercom button on the barrier. The remote staff will open the barrier manually.

 

On your return, if you have lost the ticket issued by the barrier on your arrival, or if the ticket reader is not working, you can ask for help from the car park staff outside the passenger terminal. So that you don't have to worry about losing your ticket, we recommend that you take a photo of it with your mobile phone.
